How long will it take to receive my refund?

Standard Refunds

Once our team processes your refund, you'll receive an email confirmation. Refunds to a standard payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.) typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but may appear sooner depending on your financial institution. Refunds on Made to Order products may take longer than 5-10 business days. We appreciate your patience.

Store Credit Refunds

Store credit refunds will be provided in the form of an Ana Luisa Digital Gift Card. You will receive an email confirmation with a link to the gift card and the total refund amount. Store credit does not expire, and may be used at any time for purchases made through analuisa.com. You can apply your store credit on the checkout page prior to completing your purchase.

Klarna Refunds

All refunds will be issued once the original product in your return has been received by our team. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. 

Payment by installments can be processed differently, depending on your payment schedule, how much you have paid before returning your order, and if you have requested a full or partial refund. Please note you may be asked to continue making payments.
