We accept returns on products purchased from analuisa.com within 30 days of the original delivery date. Any returned jewelry must arrive to us in the condition it was received, along with the original tags and packaging.
US returns are subject to a return fee, which may vary based on the refund method and product(s) returned. The cost of this return fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. The cost of your return label will depend on where the order was originally sent. We require all returns to use the provided shipping label. Failure to do so will result in a delay in processing your refund. Please note Ana Luisa reserves the right to block a refund when a return is not delivered to the correct business address. We offer free exchanges on domestic orders (placed within the United States), with the exception of orders placed through TikTok Shop.
International Returns
Ana Luisa is unable to refund duties, taxes, and return shipping fees paid as part of any international order (placed outside the United States).
In-Store Purchases
We accept returns and exchanges on products purchased in store within 30 days of the purchase date. All jewelry must be returned to the store in the condition it was received, along with the original packaging and digital receipt.
Made to Order Jewelry
Made to Order products may be returned online via our returns portal. Made to Order returns are subject to a $14.99 return fee, which will be deducted from the total available refund. Our stores do not accept returns on Made to Order products. Please allow additional processing time for returns and refunds associated with Made to Order purchases.
Bundles & Gift Sets
If you purchased a pre-kitted bundle, you will have the option to return the entire bundle or individual pieces from the bundle. When returning individual pieces, we will issue a proportionate refund back to your original payment method.
If you purchased a gift set, you must return all products in the set to receive a refund.
Ana Luisa Protection
Any fees related to Ana Luisa Protection are nonrefundable once an order has shipped from our warehouse. We appreciate your understanding.
Custom Jewelry
Due to the nature of this service, custom jewelry and any associated fees with your appointment are final sale at the time of purchase.

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Earring Backs (2 pairs)
- Earring Back Lifters (4 pairs)
- Jewelry Care Kit
- Engraved jewelry
- Last Chance products (including Last Chance Bundles)
- Mystery products (Mystery Bracelet, Mystery Earrings, Mystery Necklace, Mystery Bundle)
IRL Shopping Events
Purchases made during in-store shopping events such as AL After Hours are eligible for returns and exchanges. Free gifts with purchase are not eligible for returns or exchanges, and are not covered by our 2-Year Warranty. Additionally, any promotions or discounts offered during in-store events will not be honored in the event of an exchange.
Sample Sale Events
All purchases made at sample sale shopping events are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
